Services

Woven Wellness provides massage therapy and related wellness services within the professional scope of practice in Canada. Our treatments are intended to support relaxation, reduce pain, and promote well-being. They are not a substitute for medical care and should not replace the advice or treatment plan of your physician or other healthcare provider.

Appointments & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, as outlined in our booking policy.
Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in loss of booking privileges.

Health & Safety

You agree to provide accurate and complete health information before and during your treatment.
Woven Wellness reserves the right to decline or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for your condition.
Massage therapy does not include medical diagnosis and is limited to assessment and treatment of soft tissues and joints within professional guidelines.

Insurance Coverage

Receipts are provided for massage therapy services, which may be submitted to your extended health insurance provider.
Coverage is not guaranteed. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm eligibility with their insurance plan before booking.
Woven Wellness is not responsible for denied, partial, or delayed claims.
